Your business does not qualify for a virtual cash register in Poland? No need to worry!* You can issue e-receipts regardless of your industry. Just use other fiscal devices that we describe above on this page.
*According to current regulations cash registers in the form of software can only be used within the scope of the following PKWiU codes (Polish Classifications of Goods and Services) and by individual entities:
- Gastronomy: PKWiU 56.10; PKWiU 56.21; PKWiU 56.29 ; PKWiU 56.30
- Accomodation: PKWiU 55.10; PKWiU 55.20; (PKWiU 55.30; PKWiU 55.90;
- Fire brigades: provision of goods and services
- Country housewives’ association: provision of goods and services
